How to cancel each meal delivery service
Most services let you cancel online, but the cut-off is usually days before delivery, and several say a first order can't be cancelled just by cancelling the subscription. Below is what each brand's own help or terms page says, checked 26 Oct 2026. Terms change, so check the brand's page before you rely on it.

Before you sign up
- Find the weekly cut-off: changes after it usually mean you pay for that week's order.
- Check how the first order is handled. HelloFresh, EveryPlate, My Muscle Chef and Chefgood say the first order needs a separate step or can't be changed after its cut-off.
- Keep the cancellation confirmation email.
