Plain-English terms for using MealPrepReviews.com.au. Using the site means you accept them.
1 · Who operates this site
MealPrepReviews.com.au ("we", "us") is owned and operated by the same Australian company that owns the meal delivery brands Foober (foober.com.au) and Vegan Soul (vegansoul.com.au), which compete with services covered on this site. Because of that relationship: both brands are badged wherever they appear on this site, both are permanently excluded from our ranked lists, and both are subject to the same published scoring methodology and moderation rules as every other brand. We do not describe this site as independent. See also our FAQ and How we make money.
2 · Commercial disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you click through and purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Commissions and commercial relationships never influence scores, rankings, or which brands we cover. Any paid placement, if we run one, will be clearly labelled, shown in a fixed position that is not a rank, and excluded from ratings.
3 · Third-party data, trade marks and attribution
Aggregate ratings, review counts and similar figures shown on this site are facts about third-party platforms (ProductReview.com.au, Google, Trustpilot, YouTube) at the capture date stated alongside them; they remain those platforms' data and are always attributed and linked. Brand names and logos appear solely to identify the services we cover and remain the property of their owners; their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement of or by, this site. Embedded videos are served by their platforms under those platforms' terms. If you own a mark or content shown here and believe it is misused, contact us and we will address it promptly.
4 · Our content
Our editorial content — scores, verdicts, test results, photographs and the scoring methodology — is our intellectual property. You may quote it with attribution and a link ("MealPrepReviews.com.au, as at [date]"). You may not republish it wholesale, misrepresent it, or present it as a brand's own rating.
5 · Accuracy, corrections and no advice
Prices, menus, macros and delivery zones change constantly; every such claim on this site carries the date we verified it, and we correct errors with a dated changelog note — report them to [email protected]. Content on this site is general information and opinion, not medical, dietary or financial advice; check a service's current details with the service itself before purchasing, and consult a qualified professional for dietary needs (including allergen requirements — always verify allergen handling directly with the provider).
6 · Acceptable use
Don't scrape this site in a way that degrades it for others, misrepresent your identity to manipulate our data, or submit fabricated reviews or reports. We may vary these terms by publishing an updated version with a new effective date.
7 · Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, the site is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on third-party information, platform data, pricing changes, or your dealings with any meal delivery service — your contract for any purchase is with that service, not with us.
